Bailey's Bass Shack is located in Boydton, Virginia on Eastland Creek of Buggs Island (also known as Kerr Lake). It's a beautiful private home with plenty of room and large yard and surrounded on 3 sides by woods. The Shack is 1 1/2 hours from Richmond and 1 hour north of Raleigh NC.

SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY! Please dispose of your butts in receptacle or firepit.

Lakefront: Wooded area along shoreline blocks the direct view of the lake from the house.

This beautiful refurbished home is on a rear corner of small subdivision (very private) with a private path leading to the dock and water. There is no phone in the house and poor cell reception, but Verizon has very good wireless service.

Bailey's Bass Shack is located in Boydton, VA halfway between Clarksville and South Hill. Many restaurants are located in both towns. We recommend Cooper's Landing in Clarksville (premium, but worth it) and Horseshoe Restaurant in South Hill (family oriented). Both towns are about 25 mins in either direction.

Living Room - 2 full sofas, recliner, table with 4 chairs, 42” Flatscreen (Direct TV with movie and local channels), gas log fireplace, DVD/VHS player, stocked with DVD & VHS movies and books.

Dining Room - Large table (6), and smaller table (4), full sofa with recliners built into each end.

Kitchen - Full size kitchen with all accessories (pots, pans, microwave, coffee pot (and filters), blender, toaster, waffle iron, dishwashing detergent, etc.) Also included are condiments and spices, foil, etc. but no dishwasher.
All of the cooking utensils and beginning paper products provided. Marshmellow sticks included.

Full Bath and a 1/2 bath attached to master bedroom.
